Popular Mechanics Gets All Technical

These are interesting times my friends, interesting times. What with the Internet and all-- apparently folks have been using computers to distribute films! I don't understand most of the technojunk in this article, but it mentions The Lonely Island and that's good enough for me! So, check out this Popular Mechanics article about the home video production movement.

Big-Hollywood should be worried. They spend millions making a bunch of generic rubish while plenty of independents are making quality stuff on the cheap.

solution: hire those heads to the payroll to take them out of the equation; fears subside and fools get splurged up, everybody's happy....everybody except me, cuz now i cant see any silly new videos.
(and i cant imagine theres much bankroll to be made from amateur internet videos....unless you get some titties up in thems......)
